Our Warehouse
Our Johannesburg warehouse is central to our 360-degree service, with 8,800m² of storage and modern handling facilities. The warehouse enables the holding of large stock positions to ensure security of supply.
Our warehouse features three 24-hour monitored cold rooms which allow Irvine’s Africa to maximize stock holding capacity and consolidate customer orders for our customers.
To ensure we keep adhering to the highest quality standards and Good Warehousing Practises, Irvine’s Africa has acquired licenses to wholesale and export pharmaceutical products from the South African Pharmacy Council, the Department of Health and the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA).
This enables us to dispense regulated products which require veterinary scripts. Our registered pharmacists on site ensure the process is managed and regulated from start to finish, complying with GWP standards.
The Laboratory
Irvine’s Africa takes quality very seriously which is why we invested in our in-house laboratory. We have an NIR machine and a FT-IR machine to monitor our inputs as well as our clients.
Offering benchmarking, diagnostic, monitoring and results analysis, our laboratory services are fundament in assisting customers in making accurate technical and managerial decisions.
Irvine’s Africa offers Full-Service Feed Analysis, Data management and Hygiene Audits to our clients. We partner with accredited labs to do all our Wet Chemistry, mycotoxin analysis and microbial analysis.
